• Admissions & Fees 


  •  A non-refundable registration of KD300 is required to secure a place for your child at the start of each academic year or upon entering school. This amount is included in the total yearly fees.
  • Happy Chappies fees may be paid in instalments as outlined in the pay schedule arranged by the school Principal. Payments are due on the first day of each term. If the payment is not recieved by the 10th day of the term, a 10% penalty will apply, or deposit will be forfeited. No reports will be given without the payment of school fees.
  • Enrolment at Happy Chappies, assumes the child will attend the full academic year. Departure of a child during the school year will result in the loss of the registration fee, as registration fees are non-refundable.  School fees/registration are not reimbursable in any instance, i.e. travel, illness, etc.
  • There will be no discounts for sickness or holidays taken. Children who are registered for 2 & 3 days will need to commit to the days they sign on for; days will not be interchangeable and there will be no adjustment in fees for decreasing days.

Expenditure of the school
The pupils are invoiced on annual base of 10 months. Teachers, administrative staff and rent are paid on an annual base of 12 months. The school does not receive any subsidies or endowments. 



Children who join later in the year will be given an invoice depending on the start date.

We have an open door policy. Parents are warmly invited to view the Nursery and we always look forward to showing you around.
